We would like to highlight the efforts of people supporting our project, like Mekaila Tyrrell of Vegan Fairy Bites. Mekaila is a vegan chef, artist, and entrepreneur living in Costa Rica. She found us online and decided to donate 1/2 of the proceeds from her new vegan cookbook to our coral restoration project. Keep in mind that she did this completely unsolicited and simply decided to do this out of the kindness of her heart.
Hello,
I am a vegan chef living in Costa Rica, and I feel the work of coral reef restoration is extremely important. For this reason, I have been brainstorming ways to assist and help amplify your efforts.
However, being that my skill set is in the kitchen, I knew it wasn’t going to be physical work or scientific data collection. I want to be able to incentivize people into donating to this mission.
I am about to release an ebook called “Introduction to Vegan Cheese” and I would be happy to donate 50% of all proceeds to the organization of Costa Rica Coral Restoration.
On the last page of the book, with your permission, I will note that the purchase of the ebook contributes toward CRCR. Looking forward to hearing back.
